How would you manage if electricity and water were cut off for three days? How do you strengthen and maintain your mental resilience, and foster it within your community?
Join us for an insightful NASTAisku-preparedness webinar where we will explore practical strategies for preparing for potential disruption situations. The first part will focus on household preparedness and how to prepare at a practical level for disruptions, including managing power and water outages, maintaining an emergency food supply, and ensuring you have the necessary equipment and supplies. The second part will delve into resilience—an essential skill for both individuals and communities to effectively manage disruptions, maintain functionality, and navigate challenges both socially and emotionally.
